Shipping & Delivery

We're a small business, and so we cannot guarantee same day dispatch. It can be up to two working days for dispatch, but we will always aim to send the package by the next working day.

If you need it urgently please email us on hello@coolstoryco.com and we will do everything we can to get it to you as soon as possible.

Please note, we don't usually dispatch over the weekend or on bank holidays so if you order then your parcel will be sent the next working day.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We ship via Royal Mail within the UK and offer 24 hour tracked delivery (arrives within 1-2 working days) and 48 hour tracked delivery (arrives within 3-5 working days).

We ship via Royal Mail International to New Zealand and Australia, which is standard delivery between 3-17 days.

We ship via courier to USA, the shipping may take up to 17 days

Returns

We really hope you love your Cool Story Co. bottle, however, if you don't then we can offer a return and refund for 30 days after purchase.

If you have any issues please email hello@coolstoryco.com along with your name, order number and the issue (and photos if necessary) and we will do our very best to resolve it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

FAQ'S

These are some of the most common questions that we get asked about our Cool Story Co. insulated wine bottle. 

How long does the bottle keep my wine cold for?

The Cool Story Co. will keep your wine cool for up to 24 hours. It will also stop your red wine heating up (or cooling down).

Try and keep your bottle out of direct sunlight, as this will cause it to heat up faster. 

What is my Cool Story Co. wine bottle made of?

The bottle is made of vacuum sealed, double-walled stainless steel. It's BPA free. 

Can you put champagne or fizzy wine in the insulated wine bottle?

YES! After 24 hours you might not have quite as many bubbles, but it will keep it cold and bubbly until you are ready to celebrate (whether that's a graduation, wedding, or just a Wednesday, we're not judging).

Just be careful when you take the lid off. The bubbles will build on so when you start to screw it off it might go flying. 

Can the Cool Story Co. hold a full bottle of wine?

Yes, it will hold 750ml, which is large enough to hold a full standard bottle of wine.  

Can I put my Cool Story Co. in the dishwasher?

We'd recommend that you don't put your bottle in the dishwasher. You can clean it by adding a little hot water and washing up liquid, putting the lid on and then giving it a little shake. Then just rinse until the water runs clear.   

What are the Cool Story Co. opening hours?

We aim to get back to you as soon as possible. However we're a small team, so please be patient with us.  It might take us up to 48hours to get back if you have any queries.
